Nice snare if the lugs are truly not cracked, which is very rare. Check to know if flat bearing edges or 45's. Actually, I'm not sure if snare drums had the flat edges, but during the B&B period, many of the toms and bass drums did have flat edges. It was supposed to be better for the calf skin heads.
Also, it is maddeningly difficult to get the snare strings set up on a clock face strainer. If you think Dynasonics are a pain, the clock face is worse (pinch plate is in the back). It falls under the heading of, What were they thinking? Keep the updated strainer if you plan to gig that drum so that if you have a broken string you can get the drum up and running in short order.
Overall though, I recommend getting a black onyx beavertail model.
