Rogers Beavertail sizing?

Just wondering if the tom and floor tom beavertail lugs are the same size. I have a Cleveland era FT I'm trying to restore and it needs all new lugs. Most of what I see on E-bay are BD lugs and don't want to purchase the wrong size.
