I just heard the news and am deeply saddened. Mr. Berry was a true innovator. What a great influence he was on all of us. Without his amazing talent, rock would never have soared the way it has! I know he's playing lead guitar in rock'n'roll heaven right now!!!

Yup, he was the guy for sure, but his private life left little to be desired. In fact, he was not well liked at all by his peers.
