Replacement for "speedway" throw off

Any ideas to replace an old non working speedway throw off?

I know about AK Drums replacement, but its way too expensive for me at the moment. :(

I tried to find something online but all the cheap ones seem to have vertical screw holes, and this has horizontal holes.

the throw off has two screws that go to the drum and they are 40mm away from each other.

Oh and AK Drums would restore it, but its almost as much as the new one :/
