Repair Question

The rivets on my stick bag broke, and I am wondering on how to best repair them. I thought about some strong epoxy glue but fear it might tear the leather if it comes off. I don’t own a river gun, and I am not sure what kind of rivers to use, but I thought about just replacing the rivets. Any thoughts, suggestions, advice?

Not sure where you are located, but, as suggested, a shoe or luggage repair store should be able to do it for you.

Here in the US, a manual rivet gun and rivets can be purchased for $5-$10 You could just do it yourself.

Does the bag have some sentimental value? If not, why not just replace it?

Just buy some "Split Rivets" and use a metal washer on the inside to reinforce the hole. I'm sure you can buy them in brass, & you'll need only a screwdriver & tack hammer to do the job..
