Repainting 60s Ludwig interior

I have a 60s Ludwig marching snare with WFL classic strainer on it. Someone decided to repaint the inside black with the hardware still attached so the originial white shows through with lugs removed, I would like to strip it down and repaint it to the original white. Does anyone know what brand / color matches the original white? Recomendations to strip the interior as well as the lug screws that have been painted?

Thank you, I have looked around the site a few times but never came across that. Was the original finish brushed or rolled? Also recomendations for stripping the current paint and the paint off the screws?
