Quick question- what tools would you use to remove the lugs from a Ludwig BD? (mid 60s Super Classic). I'm going to give this the novus treatment!

"Appropriate", aka, small...1/4" drive sockets, nut driver, etc. I sometimes use a set of automotive "ignition wrenches" for lug nuts. You don't want to get big tools in there and abuse the shell. If you use long handled box wrenches or 3/8" drive sockets to re-install the hardware you can accidentally over-tighten and crush the shell.
