I had the same MIJ footboard on my first "real" pedal,but the background was black..It looks like a homemade custom job using red sparkles and clear lacquer.

Thanks all. I'm going for it. Layer of glue, pour the micro glitter, dump the excess then a layer of self-leveling epoxy to finish. Won't leave a glitter trail.
