I don't get the paper thin thing...I mean, I understand the "fantasy", but a 22" at 1900g? Doood! Like where/how you going to use that thing?
(Waiting for someone to tell me he uses his 1936g 22" Spizz all the time and it's the most perfect cymbal)
But, I do think you are more likely to get away with using a paper thin Old Z or Spizzichino than one of the modern Turkish ones (viz., Bos and Agop...though they certainly look good!)
