re-wrap help!!

im looking for some advice. i would like to have my '72 ludwig drums sent out to get wrapped. looking to get a champagne sparkle that is close to the original ludwig wrap. im located an hour north of philadelphia, pa. anyone know of a drum company that has a great reputation for re-wraps? preferably on the north east coast.

Unfortunately, the original style champagne sparkle (aka bermuda sand) wrap has been discontinued by all the major suppliers. They are offering something similar, yet less pink and more "coppery" now. Also, the "grain" pattern of the sparkle is larger than the original. You may want to shop around trying to find someone who has some of the original style wrap left over. I think you may be happier with the original finish than the newer replacement by the sounds of things. You may want to contact Jack Lawton on this one.....
