I bought a Fibes badge to replace the one that is broken off for my Fibes clear bass drum, what kind of adhesive should I use to adhere the badge with? will any clear type of glue work? contact cement? PCV compound? are two I was thinking of.

I have the same problem with my stainless kit. My badge is so bent up its hard to get it to lay flat. I tried two sided carpet tape and no good. With it not laying flat I need to wrap a strap around it and clamp it.
For yours I would say 100% silcone adhesive.
Thank you!

I used the rugular white Elmers glue to put a Premier badge on my Bass drum.
The badge had the grommet in it and I didn't want to drill or anything so used the Elmers and placed it where it is supposed to go and after over a year and several gigs on them it is still there and you can't even tell. Plus it's not going to hurt the wrap if I ever want to remove it. Dry's clear too.
