Rare Vintage 1970s Ludwig vistalite value

Loading...

I've got a Rare, Vintage 1970s Ludwig Vistalite with the red/white candy cane stripes that I'm looking to sell. Looking around, I've only seen one or two sets that match mine, but none of them have the matching snare, like mine. I'm wondering about value. How much (or little) is it worth?

Your color is rare for sure, the concert toms hurts it a little in value, but the snare drum is very rare due to color and that it is a super sensitive model.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

That's "concert tom".

It looks like the ft has lugs and hoops on both ends.

Nice kit.

Too bad White Stripes broke up. I'm sure they would love those.

Oh I'd say you could hold out easily for $1,000 esp with the snare.

Those are really cool and look in nice condition.

Now I've also got the original hardware too. Should I even bother to try to sell those? Is there even a demand for them?

You don't see many "C" pattern vistas around.Your kit appears to be pieced together ,and not purchased or "born together" as a set, which decreases it's value somewhat. They also could have also been a custom order, but I think, your drums are part of a larger model or set, that was broken up and sold.

Cool drums,good luck.
