I have this photo and others from the same photo shoot that have never been published as far

as I know or have ever seen!

Sorry for the heavy VSD markings, but I gather this would spread over the Internet like a wild fire.

I will remove this photo after a few days.

Who ever said Buddy was no fun! Let's see, sucking his thumb, holding a cymbal over his head in the

fetal position... Hmmm...

Any comments!!!

The guy are right I ran Long & McQuades drum department with Lou Williamson. We were Buddies guest when Basie came to town. He was a friend. He was a very good guy. if you worked for him it was a different Buddy. it would be done his way or else. When he was doing a drum solo check the band out they are all looking at buddy. i still say I was lucky to have him as a friend
