Rare Bass drum double Muffler

With a little help from my friends...

I saw different king of muffler, bur this one had a double axe. It's very cool with great look and better than that, great sound. But...very difficult to determinate the decade, i think 1920-1940???

Never saw it in any catalog.

Find it for 15 euros in flies market and it makes me happy! It kills on my WMP Star!
