OK, I admit, not much vintage drums in THIS video (except that nice snare), but I just couldn't help myself. It's from czech movie "Šakalí Léta" ("Jackal Years"), about a guy called "Baby" who brings rock'n'roll between teenagers living in dull, gray reality of communism (but note that it's not political movie).

In english it would be like:

"Hey, lil' buddy."

"Me?"

"Play the drum a little!"

Drum, drum, drum

"C'mon, beat it!"

"Once my ol' daddy said to me

"there's no one left but you and me"

and he wanted to enjoy his life too.

"Take some time to think about it,

and don't you get stoned,

would you just try to understand it"

And so I went, went, further, baby,

where Lord was calling me,

And so I went, went, further, baby,

dancing all the time

On every weird borderline

at police station all the time

I played only rock'n'roll for you

The black stork carried me home

rockin'-clapin' with his neb

and next to cradle Elvis Presley stood.

Beautiful big car at the street

hot chick at co-driver's seat

people whisper "King arrived at the neighbourhood"

And so I went...

Oh I am still unable

to cath Luck's leg

and I can't find some quiet place

Crazy birds just start to sing

searching thru to new morning

and it's like high voltage to me

And so you went..."

Translation is far from good, but I tried and I hope you get the meaning.

Have a nice day!
