"Old School" Rogers Holiday

Loading...

This is one of my older, yet favorite, Rogers' snares. It was "abused" at the time I purchased it yet, from what I could tell, all original. I spent a significant amount of time cleaning this one up but after a little TLC I think it turned out quite nice. It's got the early plain drawn brass lugs ("B&Bs") with no cracks, believe it or not, its original Orchestra strainer and factory-painted black interior shell with Rogers' label.

I've never understood why Rogers decided to change its Eagle badge as on this drum to the script "Rogers". Personally I think this one looks so much classier. Then again, perhaps it's just because I'm "Old School"!

Stunner, OldSchool, like all your collection...

I dig that badge the most, really.... much classier than the others.

Very nice snare. Another drum saved. Like Kev said, I love your drums. You have some of the sweetest.
