I would have to concur with Tommy (and it's not because of his fine dress and snappy repartee). That definitely does not look factory. It's just a bit too uneven to be of Rogers quality.

The Top hat was out by 65 with a single dogbone style double tom holder and it came standard with the extra knobby on the 16x16 i know it was my first set of rogers drums...
