13" yes
12" don't really know
I concur with Zenstat.
13's for sure (I want a pair and have seen them) 12's- I doubt it, but you never know... 15's are probably more likely than 12's.
They made some 'special recording' hats that were 12's... Maybe they still make them?

I got these 13" last week. Those are some stick marks on the bottom hat bell which leads me to think someone was playing them inverted. I used them on a gig last Sat. night and they sound really good. I think they would be great for jazz and recording. They didn't quite get it for the Blues Rock I was playing that night.
On some songs I will ride the hi hats slightly open for that Ringo'ish shhhhhh sound. The 13",s werent good for that but they have a nice chic.
I have 2 sets of 14" A Zildjian hats. Some New Beats and some old thinner early 60's hats. I need to either sell the old 14" or the 13". Preferably the old 14" so I will have 13" 14" & 15" hats. These 13" say New Beat and Brilliant on the bottom hat.
