What I'm reading is that you have a pair of hi-hats-----one of which is a Zenjian and the other an Alejian? If this is true -----one was made for Leedy ,the other for Slingerland. They were offered as cheaper alternatives, to Zildjian by the respective companies----kind of as house brands. Although, they were made by A.Zildjian , they were supposed to be seconds. All of the Alejians , I have come across were super thin, like a razor blade. -----most were warped a bit----maybe that's why they were seconds. These are both pretty interesting cymbals----I have some Alejians that I really like. The fact that you don't have a matched pair would likely depress their value some.
The one thing about them is they are made in an old school style. Fully hand hammered, top and bottom, so they are in that category of rareness. There are only so many of those around anymore.
