I would think in the area of 5K to 7K on ebay, maybe 7K to 10K from a dealer.

I think it all depends on the condition of the drums. If they are mint, showroom condition with perfect chrome I'd agree with the estimates but I think the price steeply decreases if they have normal wear and tear. Snare rash, scratches, some chrome is pitted, scratched, etc.
