errr... Not 100% correct. My 61's are natural maple bass drum interior ply, white resocote interior on the 13" rack and 16" floor.

Most likely, your set was originally a very late trans-badged rig with no floor tom, and the owner ordered a matching floor tom a year or two later to finish the kit. That would have been after the badges had changed, and the interiors were being painted.
