Drum road trip!!!
That blue sparkle bass does look like a 20". The Stage Band series did offer a 22" bass drum and had 10 lugs. I'm posting a picture of a 60's kit, with 22" bass drum and the original #161 double-tom holder. A cool kit!

I never get tired of repeating this. It makes no difference to me or to many other drummers if a particular drum set configuration appears in a catalog. Most of the new drum sets that I have bought from music stores over many years of playing have not been pictured as they were configured in the stores. All of my new drum purchases were made in the Chicago area from stores that were within 25 miles of the Ludwig, Slingerland, and Camco factories. These stores were also within 100 miles of the Leedy factory and 350 miles of the Rogers factory. The Gretsch warehouse was in the same building as the biggest drum specialty dealer in Chicago, and a block from the second biggest drum store. These dealers knew what configurations their customers usually ordered. So, they always stocked drums sets configured those ways and/or stocked many sizes in the most popular colors. Very few of the vintage drum sets that I've acquired over the past ten years have been pictured as found in the catalogs. I also was a manufacturer's rep for a major American made drum brand in the early 1980's. Stores that sold very few drums would have the owner or buyer point to pictures in the catalog. They'd order what was pictured in the same color in the picture or maybe another color. Stores that sold a lot of drums would usually order drums in configurations that were not pictured in the catalog. They were also hip to the fact that marketing people made up huge sets for catalog picture shoots solely to impress the easliy impressed people.
^^^ yep this. The NYC drum store I bought my Slingerland at in the 70's stocked all drums with no mounts. You'd choose the brand and style mounts you wanted and they'd drill and install. My kit was a 2-24, 14-15-18-20 with a COS 6.5 Pearl snare. not quite the catalog setup. ;)
Not to gang up on you but to further emphasize the point, there were never any such things as "Hollywood" "Big Beat", or "Jam Session" drums. All the drums from Ludwig and Slingerland were the same. Different combinations of these drums had catalog names but an 8x12 tom was the same construction no matter what set configuration (cataloged or not) it came with.
The center lugged Slingerlands were called the "Standard" series (but used the same shell as the double lugged "Sound King" drums, similarly Ludwig's version was called the Club Date series, again, same shells as their double lugged drums) but the drums were the same whether you had a 3 piece, 4 piece, or 10 piece set. You could mix or match whatever you wanted if you had the desire.
When I bought my Slingerland set new in 1980, it was a "special order". You wont find the set in any catalog. In fact I ordered part of the set and then went back a few days later and added two more drums. Someone in the future will have a mystery on their hands.
Either way at the end of the day you have a wicked cool Slingerland kit.

And this is exactly the point we are making...that just because it doesn't appear in a catalog doesn't mean it wasn't a factory order. Another reason why drum kits are all so personal!

Thanks for all of the great feedback. Can't wait to get them.
I'll be making the road trip this Thursday. Can't wait to get them and show off the cool pics.
Case in point: My dad just picked up this Rad little chrome over wood 70's kit with an 18" kick drum, 12 and 13" toms, and a 14" FT. The picture doesnt show the 13.
This bass drum size is in the catalog, but not as part of any kit with two mounted toms. Just goes to show, you could order whatever the heck you wanted
