Question for Camco Experts

I purchased this Tuxedo kit earlier this year. I'm still uncertain as to whether bass drum rail consolette is original or period appropriate, given the location and spacing of the other holes. Even though I've adjusted it many time, I can't seem to get the bottom of the tom from almost touching the rail. I've tried the tom in a snare stand but it's awkward. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Looks right to me, I've found the diamond plates stretch out a bit and the maxwell ones seem to fix that and keep the tom in a better spot.

Larry,

You can get an extended spade arm from Steve Maxwell that fits perfectly and will move the tom up to a better height for you.
