Q regarding Vibra and Zenjian (hats)

These 13s were included with a 50s era Gretsch set I picked up earlier in the year. I have not played them yet, because the holes are slightly less than 1/2 inch and they don't fit on a modern hi-hat stand. The Vibra is very thin, easily the thinest cymbal I've ever come across. It's about the thickness of two sheets of card stock. The Zenjian is quite thick. I was recently told that they are sought-after (especially the thin Vibra). What have I got? Was a thin top/thick bottom the in-thing in the late 50s/early 60s?

The Zenjian was an add on and an orphaned marching Zanchi is probably an orphaned hi-hat. Zanchis are not widely sought after. A small sub-set of vintage cymbal players who like Italian cymbals are the only ones. That Zenjian is an Italian made cymbal marketed by Zildjian and was sold mostly through Slingerland and Leedy.
