Anybody have any experience w reproduction Leedy strainers from ak-drums.com ? Wondering how close they are to the real thing, including the thickness of metal used. thanks jim

I've been dealing with Adrian for many years and he has done a lot of work for me...he is a true Master Artisan...his repro parts are dead-on...he is worth his weight in gold! My opinion is that you will be very happy with AK's work. Try his website, AKDrums.

OK. Thanks for the prompt reply. I am chasing down a Leedy strainer and the bidding just got crazy. Repro looking like a valid option.

I have had repro parts made up by AK and they are nearly indistinguishable from the originals. I highly recommend his work!
