Punk Rock Drumming!

Loading...

From Spartacus

That was actually quite horrible and I mean that in a horribly good punk way. I mean isn't that the point of punk? To be as bad as you can be, but still sound good?

Haha good a definition as any I guess. To me punk in the 90's meant $1300/month + $25 per diem + beer and food on the rider + $5000 gear allowance + 15% of all sales after expenses + touring the States in a nice Prevost + hotel rooms...lol.

"So long and thanks for all the money" :)

I seem to remember being really into the album "Spiderland" by Slint and a local band called Rheostatics at the time...but definitely grew to love and appreciate all the Rusty tunes...well except one or two. :)

Nice band, Rusty. Just checked them out on Spotify.

Never knew them, now I do. I like the no-bull**** approach and the fatness of the sound.

Is that you drumming, Mitch? Cool.

Sound reminds me a little of Cosmic Psycho's, my all time favorite punk-rock band!
