Prince Passes!

I am still in shock. Prince has passed. What an icon. A musical genius. Fifty-seven is far to young. His music will live on in our hearts forever. Damn!!!

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Sad story, he was too young; and a musical genius if there ever was one. I don't think the flu did it though.

I had the pleasure of seeing him live about 10 years ago and he was pretty much phenomenal. Graham Central Station opened for him for it was truly a night of funk.
