One thing I found interesting, the bass hoops were a dark blue, not black, with no chipping whatsoever. I'm sure they are factory. Normal???? Yeah, I think a grand is a good price also. Now I have to sell some stuff to get them. I will be putting a list together.

I looked at a Club Date earlier this year from 1965 that had the dark blue hoop. It is factory. The man I was working with is a member of the forum and stated plainly they came that way the day he bought them.
