I was looking at a small bop kit.Seller says it's a Premier xpk special edition.White Marine Pearl. Birch shells.Judging from the badges I would say mid to late 70's.Any one have any info on this?

hi there! if it an xpk it will be late 80's and nineties,xpk were normally wood stain colours and are ok drums,my money would be on resonator and elite/soundwave premiers,these can be picked up for peanuts at the mo and imho are far superior to most drums of the late 70's,hope this helps

Had an Elite from new in the 70's. Still have one of the Bass Drums. Very Nice kit, especially if you can get a 2000 snare with it.
