Premier T-Rods on Bass Drum

Hi folks,

Just wondering approximately what year that Premier stopped installing T-Rods on the bass drum claws? Please see the picture, and is it possible to determine the model and approx year of this kit?

Where any of the offshore made kits installed with T-Rods?

I have also been told that XPK kits did not have black interiors, but clear. But, this is a lacquered finish not a wrap, which should mean XPK ? Confused!
