I would say that snare looks like a 14" x 4" 1960's Royal Ace to me. Before they started using the long levers on the strainers, so not the late 60's.

So I'd think it's from somewhere roughly between 1960 and 1966 (when the 2000 came along).

And now to wait for the experts :D

I wish my roto toms had hand levers like those,...also like the tight grip stand, I fear my stand comming loose and dropping down on me !! Now that I see them in another color,...I like the black I have !!

Looking at completed listings on eBay can give you an estimation of what something's worth. For example, a Rogers Swivomatic pedal in working order seems to sell for about $70. Sets of 3 Remo Roto-toms have recently sold between $70 and $140. A set of five drums didn't draw any bids at $350.
