Premier Snare ID

Just picked up this beater from a guy on craigslist for $20. Needs a hoop, strainer, butt, and 8 rods. The shell is pitted but the lugs look to be ok, lightly pitted but no peeling. Any idea what it is? It feels like a chrome over aluminum shell. Also got a bonus snare stand with it!

The hole spacing for the strainer is 3" by the way.

Thats the same shell as premier used on the beverley cosmic 21, and is a plated aluminium shell.
