The hoops went from silver to blacks when the newer badge came out 67-68

Don't think they did, as far as I am aware. The catalogs do not show any silver hoops in the 70's

I have a 77 catalog that shows them...

only on 1 kit though...out of 7,so maybe an old pic...

I don´t think it is THAT hard, but they weren´t produced for as long. They pop up from time to time on ebay.uk
