Premier Help ... Please

Loading...

A friend of mine is considering purchasing a Premier kit that he saw in the local area and asked for my input. Unfortunately, I'm no expert when it comes to Premier drums. However, from what I've researched and what I've been told, I believe this particular kit to be from the '90s. The current owner claims it's a 22/12/13/16 outfit. Is this a "Cabria" kit and would it be considered one of Premier's "entry level" kits? Also, would this kit feature "standard" t-rods in lieu of metric? Finally, any idea of what might be considered market value for this particular kit, including the accessories seen in the pic that I've posted? Any other "words of wisdom" would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and your help!

Would you consider $300 a reasonable price for the kit and the accessories seen in the pic? Thanks.
