Era and make are correct. Yes, it is not the best examples of Premiers, except it does have good hardware. Even with the black interiors you can get a better sound out of it by coating the inside of the shell, on top of the black, with clear shellac. Also take a good look at the bearing edges, recutting them might be in order with an inside 45* and a slight 45* back cut on the outside, just enough to make a point but not super sharp. That will get you more tone, response and volume.
$200 was a good buy.
ps: Historical correction: Ringo had a beat up kit of Duroplast Premiers. He needed a better kit to take on the road, the only kit the music shop had at the time was a Ludwig, so Brian Epstein bought it. The rest is history.
