Hi , very new to this forum and actually came across it while looking info on my drum kit ...

I have the kit with the brown and cream wrap which i bought way back in 1995, second hand i might add, from sid wolfe in glengormley .. Am i lead to believe that this is a rare kit ??

It's a big kit .. 12,13,14,15 Rack Toms, 16,18 Floor Toms and a nice big 24" Bass Drum without Tom hole ...Sid was gonna sell me the kit with out the 18 floor tom the keep price down and cut it to make a bass drum !

I must admit, at the time i covered it in a black vinyl sticky back plastic so still has the original wrap under it ...

Was there really only 3 of these and do i actually have a rare kit ?

I have the other two kits (14 drums in all) if there were indeed only 3 ever made! I have seen one other kit with the brown and cream wrap on a later APK kit. I understand that that particular wrap was originally intended for resonator kits though I have not seen one with that wrap.
