Premier Drum Throne

I got this throne when I bought the Ludwig walnut kit. It's says Premier, Made in England and I'm guessing it's from the 60's or 70's. I thought maybe one of you Premier guys would want it. I have no idea what it's worth, if anything, so I'll throw a number out there, thanks.
