I saw a picture somwhere of a 30's-40's Premier dominion ace snare drum measuring 14"x6,5" in birch with reinforcement rings and having art deco style lugs, double snares (one under the bottom head and one under the top head) finished in gold sparkle wrap.

I only can find catalogue pictures of metal dominon ace/dominon major/domionion minor/domionion snares.

So is this birch drum also a dominion ace? It's engraved in the hoops anyway.

Domionion major, minor and domionion only has bottom head snares. Is the dominion ace with two snare units the top of the line?
