Premier concert toms?

Anyone help id these drums? Are they concert toms? I don't see any mounting hardware. Any thoughts appreciated.

Yes. If you see the pic of the two mounted screws (looks bent/broken), those are how they are mounted, there should be a bracket or mounting plate they attach to when set up.

Lee, Yes these are 1970's concert toms they are missing the mounts..Mounts take two screws to mount them....if you win them i have the mounts for them....Mikey
