It's very, very tough to find one in America- I just want a bloody 18" floor tom here in America. I hate that I left some great drums back home. Grrrrrrr...

I have a found a 14 x 8 black shadow snare but I'm not convinced it will sit well with my set up as I don't think I can get it low enough to fit my set up- might need a bit of careful sawing of the trilok snare stand... definitely still interested in a 14 x 6 1/2. Yes, you will have to cut the pipes, on the basket and the base a few inches (2" at least) to get the snare to a proper height. Drill out the rivet on the base, cut the pipe, drill a new hole for the rivet (or screw) and assemble. I had to do this for my HR9.

get the 8 inch snare and take your vitamins and grow a couple of inches, and do what your mother told ya, sit the fek up straight
