Hi everyone. I would like to repaint a set of 1960s Premier bass drum hoops. I do appreciate any information on that silver/ gray color premier used if anyone knows a matching color. After checking Premier's website I noticed later 60s they switched to black. But do prefer that silver/gray paint. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hi, JackT.
I'm in the same situation as you. No reference about grey color. I think is close to aluminium finish (no gloss). Mine is a 1967 set. I think there is a guy from Portugal in this forum who has several Premier sets and he restored some hoops, but don't remember his name. Any little help over there? Thanks.
