Premier 54 drums value?

Hello all,

Someone is selling these drums locally, and I was wondering if they are quality drums. What is a good price to pay? Here is the link to the ad.

There were no drums made in the 60s of higher quality than Premier's top of the line... which those are. That is a smokin' deal!

Better than describing them, on this recording from 1989, I'm playing my first Premier set, 20/12/14, purchased new in Rome in 1963.
