Currently my main band-snare. With an ambassador on top, a medium to low tuning and quite loose snares, this snaredrum has just the kind of sound I need in my band. 3 ply birch + beech re-rings. It used to have a white wrap, but I took that off and made it plain natural (satin oil).

Nice! Great job with removing the wrap and the natural finish. Sometimes the exterior shell on wrapped drums does not look as great as if the drum started out with a natural finish. Yours looks great!
