Does anyone have a picture of a correctly installed Pratt BD muffler in a Gretsch drum? I removed it a year ago and want to re-install it. I seem to have way too much pucker(uneven slack) in the felt strip. Details appreciated! Thanx!!

To clarify.....I only removed the felt strip from the bottom of the shell (3 screws w/ rectangular metal piece) and from the adjustable arm inside the drum (2 screws w/ curved metal piece. The adjustment dial and apparatus are attached intact.
