I recently had some miss-communication with a Musicians Friend representative on the phone, and I wound up with an incorrect part for my needs.

I called them up again to explain what had happened, and they said just keep the part And refunded my money.

It was just a small item, and I had asked them not to bother with the refund, but they did it anyway. I really just wanted to call their attention to the messed up part number so it wouldn't be an ongoing difficulty for others.

So, thanks for the great service, that's what keeps me going back to them!
