(Please help me ID this) 15" Avedis Hi-Hats

Hello everyone! I'm new in this forum. What a great site! :)

I just need some help and need to ID this one. From what year and exact model is this one based on the stamp? Sorry I don't have a close-up pic of the stamp, but it is somehow visible on the 2nd pic. Also, I don't know the weight of the top and bottom hat. This is a 15" Avedis Zildjian Hi-Hats that has some dings on the edges. He is selling me for $92. Is this worth buying? No offense meant here, but you would like an ID made based on the stamp, but you can't post a clear close-up of the stamp?

How exactly could you expect that?

15"? New Beat HiHats. 1970's.

What you ask cannot be done by IDing just the stamp. The best that can be done are approximate year. Diameter and weight as well as lathe/hammering marks help.

I see no dents or dings that you speak of on the edges.

$92 for Zildjian Hats is a good price.

Thanks so much for the replies. I hope that this sounds good. Are the new beats from the 70s thinner than todays new beats? Coz i find that the modern new beats are thicker. I just want a nice wash and a full stick sound. Not a harsh and clangy sound in semi open and open position. :)

What can you say about 70s new beats compared to modern new beats soundwise? Thanks guys! :)
