What a fantastic find!

Question:

Are the lugs one-piece castings with tapped threads, or is there a floating insert inside?

I don't think it's Trowa - i've seen a few of these drums, but i've never encountered such lugs. As far as I know, Trowa always used chromed lugs with nut inserts. Also, the hoops of the snare don't seem right - they look like cast, and Trowa always used triple flanged hoops with the top edge bent inwards, covering the the bearing edge, like old Slingerlands.

From beermaniac

chromed lugs with nut inserts

You mean the last lugs family only.

During all the life Trowa have had nine types of lugs.

This is a sixth generation on Dule's bongos.
