Is the only difference between a Ludwig Pioneer Snare and a Ludwig Jazz Festival snare the number of lugs (Pioneer 6, Jazz Fest 8)? Is everything else identical (shell construction, strainer, butt, lugs etc.)?

There was a different strainer early on for the pioneer but everything else is the same.
