Pearl Snare

Loading...

I am trying to figure out exactly what I have here before selling this snare. If anyone can help me figure a date and a value I would really appreciate it.

There is a sticker on it that says "made in taiwan."

Thanks in advance gents!

Just a Pearl Taiwanese snare. Probably from around the mid-late 70s. It's kind of cool in that it has the 'Gold Bar' lugs. This snare would match a set that had the 'Battleship' style lugs.

Value????? Up to the buyer, but generally anywhere from 25 to maybe 80 bucks.

I used one of those in a pinch a while back and was pleasantly surprised by its sound.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
