14''x9'' snare b/ship lugs, i thought is was a converted tom but can't find any this size and era, marching snare? $250 bills?

I don't know anyone that would pay that for what's most likely a luan marching drum. Maybe $100 cause it's goofy...

These marching snare drums aren't really useful for pop/ rock/ funk/ jazz, even not as a side snare drum. :2Cents:
They are dedicated to what the name says: military marches.
